It started with a jumper. My mum’s. A navy lambswool with a round neck. Now 25 years old.
But it was more than a jumper. It was a feeling, a warmth, the sensation that it gave me every time I put it on.
Navygrey was born out of ‘that’ feeling. I was inspired to create a brand that captured all it stood for: soft natural materials, beautiful stitching, simple yet modern shaping. Impeccably made. Pieces you turn to time and time again.
Clothing that makes you feel good, like really good. That’s what we’re trying to do here at Navygrey.

Someone asks, almost without thinking,

Other times, it takes a while to find it.
November is full of these small recognitions -
the sense of 'the season' edging into view.
For me, this time of year has always felt a little split - full of anticipation, yet threaded with reflection. Losing dad early in December, many many years ago, changed the shape of the month for me.
And yet since, December has also brought real joy, new memories, new rituals.
Proof that good times find their way back in.
I know many of us feel this mix - the season arriving with more than one emotion at once.
Perhaps that’s why I think of it as the season of feeling - not a single mood, but all of them, layered together.
The happiness that comes easily. The nostalgia. The awareness of who’s missing, The deep gratitude for who’s here. The way the year comes into focus.
This is the season that makes room for it all -
the reflection and the joy.
